Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Certain items (such as personal care products) are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the product, MoistureBand™ hydrocolloid bandages are not eligible for return once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@plantingle.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Returnable items (Merchandise)
Merchandise items (such as apparel and accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unused and in original condition
- tags and original packaging must be included
- proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for completing the return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@plantingle.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
